UPCOMING EVENTS

Christina Belinsky Productions and BAAM at The Gem present the Inaugural Artists in Motion Film Festival, a curated evening of dance films for all. Friday, March 29th at 6:00 pm, doors open at 5:00 pm. 

 

This evening will highlight dance films with a connection to the state of Maine and some of the best dancers, filmmakers, and creatives in the region. Whether you fondly remember the Golden Age of MGM Hollywood or love learning the latest TikTok dances, this will be an exciting evening. Following the film screenings will be a talkback where audience members are welcome to ask the filmmakers questions and a closing dance party with themed cocktails. This event is produced by local dancer and choreographer, Christina Belinsky, in collaboration with Bethel Area Arts & Music.

MOCK AUDITION AND DANCE FILM EXPERIENCE

Dancers ages 13-25 from NH and MA got to experience a mock audition, quick rehearsal process, as well as a full day of filming to get a feel for what it is like to work in a professional setting on the set of a tv, film, or music video. ​
